Mr. Peloquin leads the firm's strategic direction and capital markets initiatives. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, Tom has held senior and management positions at top institutional firms including KeyBank Real Estate Capital, PGIM Real Estate, and Northmarq.

Throughout his career, Tom has successfully structured and closed over $5 billion in transactions nationwide, spanning all major property types. His expertise includes permanent financing, construction and bridge loans, as well as joint venture equity and investment sales. Known for his deep industry knowledge and client-centric approach, Tom has built a reputation for delivering tailored capital solutions across market cycles.
